JIM WILDER
Wilder Systems was founded by Jim Wilder in 1996 to provide computer and networking support to small and medium sized businesses in the Memphis/Mid South area. A Certified Netware Administrator with extensive technical experience in Novell and Microsoft networking, Jim has been professionally employed in the IT industry since 1992. A native Memphian, Jim obtained a BBA from Memphis State University in 1987 and a MBA from The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in 1990.

MICHAEL PATNO
Michael Patno joined the team in April, 2007, Michael brings expertise in networking and connectivity. He is A+, Net+, and CDIA+ certified, and is the Wilder Systems Operations Manager.

JOHN PHILLIPS
John Phillips is a native Memphian with 7 years of computer experience. John joined the team in 2006 after moving back to the Memphis area from Birmingham. John is A+ certified and holds an AAS degree in Computer Engineering and is our resident laptop repair technician.

RYAN LLOYD
Ryan joined our team in July, 2007. He has over 5 years experience as a network administrator, working with everything from Linux to Mac OS.

JENNIFER DONAHUE
Jennifer holds it all together. Joining the company in 2007, Jennifer keeps us all where we need to be. As our Office Manager and Dispatcher, she keeps things going. Need something taken care of? Call Jennifer!

LORRAINE FERGUSON
Lorraine Ferguson is our Marketing Manager. Lorraine adds a splash of color to the organization, something us non-creative, technical type guys (a.k.a. geeks) definitely could use. You are likely to bump into Lorraine at a lunch meeting or a networking function.

In order to better serve our customers, we have licensed software that allows us to connect remotely to your desktop, and fix problems within minutes at a reduced labor rate. We can connect to any computer within your organization, and have solutions in the time it would take IT personnel to walk to your desk.
